Government grants typically cover a wide range of interventions, including:

Eligibility Criteria (2025)
To qualify for a renovation grant in Greece:

You must be the legal owner of the property.

The property should be built before 1979.

It must have an Energy Certificate (PEA) rated Category C or lower.

You need a valid Greek Tax ID (AFM) (international owners can apply for one).
