This includes pages viewed, date and time, referring source, and technical browser and device information. Our installation removes query parameters and URL fragments from page and referrer URLs and does not record the contents of form fields. We do not enable session recording, heatmaps or automatic form analytics.

Matomo cookies prefixed _pk_id.2. recognise the browser for up to 30 days, _pk_ses.2. group visits for 30 minutes, and _pk_ref.2., when created, store the referring source for up to 30 days. You may withdraw consent through Cookie Settings. Withdrawal stops new Matomo tracking. The technical mtm_consent_removed cookie stores withdrawal for up to 30 days and is removed if you accept analytics again.

Sharing Personal Data

Project Photographs and Documentation

During a project, Renovator may create photographs and videos to record the property’s existing condition, concealed installations, construction progress, technical issues and completed work. This documentation may be necessary for project execution, remote reporting, maintenance, warranties, safety and the protection of the parties in the event of a dispute.

Project documentation is not automatically authorised for advertising or publication. We do not intentionally publish identifiable client information, private documents or precise property details for promotional purposes without an appropriate legal basis and, where required, specific permission.

Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to meet contractual, accounting, tax, warranty, insurance and legal obligations.

Inactive enquiries may normally be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful communication. Client, contractual and financial records may be retained for the period required by applicable law. Project photographs and technical records may be retained where they remain necessary for maintenance, warranties, safety or legal claims. Marketing information is retained until consent is withdrawn, an objection is made or it is no longer required.

Information connected to an active dispute, regulatory matter or legal claim may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary. When information is no longer required, it is deleted, anonymised or securely restricted.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, misuse and unlawful disclosure. These measures may include access controls, secure accounts, backups, restricted sharing and confidentiality arrangements.
