Website Information
This website provides general information about Renovator, our experience and the renovation, construction and project-management services we may offer.
Website content is provided for general information and initial project evaluation. It does not constitute architectural, engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice and should not be used as a substitute for a property-specific inspection.
The presence of a service on the website does not guarantee that it is suitable or available for every property. The feasibility, scope, price and programme of a project can be confirmed only after appropriate assessment.
Enquiries and Quotations
Submitting a contact form, sending project information or requesting a quotation does not automatically create a contractual relationship or oblige Renovator to accept the project.
Any preliminary price, time estimate or general indication provided before an inspection and complete scope assessment is indicative unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.
A project begins only after the parties accept the relevant written quotation, agreement or contract and any agreed starting conditions have been satisfied.
Project-Specific Agreements
Each renovation or construction project is governed by its own written documents. These may define the scope of work, technical specifications, exclusions, materials, professional responsibilities, project programme, payment stages, variations, access requirements, permits, insurance arrangements and termination rights.
If these Website Terms differ from an accepted project-specific agreement, the project-specific agreement takes precedence in relation to that project.
Nothing published on this website extends, replaces or modifies an accepted project agreement unless Renovator expressly confirms the change in writing.
Client-Supplied Information
Information provided for an enquiry or project should be accurate and supplied by a person authorised to share it.
Plans, dimensions, photographs and property information provided remotely may require verification on site. Renovator is not responsible for an estimate or assessment being affected by materially inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information supplied by the client or another party.
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website, its text, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, layout and original content belong to Renovator or are used with permission.
You may view and share links to public website pages for personal and legitimate informational purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, modify, commercially exploit or present substantial parts of the website as your own without prior written permission.
Project-specific architectural plans, engineering documents and third-party materials may belong to their respective creators. Their use is governed by the relevant agreement and applicable law.
Acceptable Use
You must not use the website to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software, submit unlawful or misleading material, impersonate another person, collect data without authorisation or infringe the rights of Renovator or third parties.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, its users or our legal rights.
External Links and Services
The website may include links to or content from third-party websites and services. These are provided for information or functionality.
Renovator does not control external services and is not responsible for their availability, security, content or privacy practices. Use of an external service is subject to that provider’s own terms and policies.
Website Availability and Accuracy
We aim to keep the website accurate, useful and available. However, content may contain errors, become outdated or be temporarily unavailable.
We may update, remove or reorganise website content without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every website function will always be free from technical faults.
This does not limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Renovator is not responsible for loss resulting solely from reliance on general website information without obtaining an appropriate property-specific assessment.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where exclusion would be unlawful, including applicable liability for personal injury, fraud, gross negligence or failure to perform obligations under an accepted project agreement.
The legal rights of consumers remain unaffected.
Privacy and Cookies
The processing of personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy. The technologies used by the website and the available consent choices are described in our Cookie Policy.
Visitors can manage optional cookies through the permanent Cookie Settings option.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, our services or applicable requirements. The current version will be published on this page together with the date of its latest revision.
Changes to these Website Terms do not retrospectively alter an existing project agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Greek law.
Any dispute will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or jurisdictional protections available to consumers.
