Renovation job opportunities for tradespeople, specialist crews, engineers, architects, designers and digital professionals.

The quality of a renovation depends on the people who design, organise and build it.

Renovator is interested in meeting responsible professionals with practical experience, technical consistency, creative thinking and a desire to grow through real projects.

Our employment and professional partnership opportunities relate to residential and commercial renovation projects, including apartments, houses, shops, offices and medical practices in Athens, Attica and, depending on the project, other areas of Greece.

01

Professionals we are looking for

We welcome applications from professionals across technical, engineering, design and creative disciplines.

Renovation tradespeople and specialist crews

We consider applications from:

  • electricians and plumbers,
  • tilers and painters,
  • drywall and suspended-ceiling installers,
  • carpenters and cabinetmakers,
  • insulation and waterproofing specialists,
  • flooring and specialist cladding installers,
  • window and door installers,
  • heating, cooling and ventilation technicians,
  • demolition and strip-out crews,
  • outdoor-space and landscaping specialists,
  • other specialised construction trades.

For technical partnerships, we primarily assess workmanship, reliability, safety, cleanliness and the ability to cooperate effectively with other trades. Where a profession requires a licence or certification, the relevant legal qualifications are essential.

Engineers and architects

We are interested in working with civil, mechanical and electrical engineers, architects, professionals experienced in surveys, permits and technical studies, and specialists in construction supervision and coordination.

We particularly value the ability to connect design with real construction conditions, costs, technical details and the constraints of an existing property.

Interior designers and design professionals

We also welcome interior designers, decorators, lighting designers, 3D visualisation professionals, furniture designers and specialists in the selection and presentation of materials.

A strong design proposal must translate into buildable solutions, clear specifications and a realistic budget.

Digital and technology specialists

Renovator is gradually developing digital tools for project organisation, documentation and presentation. We are interested in people with experience in technical data management, digital property surveys, BIM and design tools, web application development, workflow automation, project photography and video, digital content management, and technologies that improve collaboration between clients, engineers and construction teams.

Technology matters to us when it solves real problems in construction, communication and project management.

02

What we evaluate

Depending on the role and type of cooperation, we evaluate:

  • proven experience on real projects,
  • quality and accuracy of work,
  • professional reliability,
  • respect for agreed schedules,
  • cleanliness and respect for the property,
  • compliance with health and safety rules,
  • clear communication,
  • cooperation across different disciplines,
  • problem-solving ability,
  • willingness to learn and develop.

For tradespeople, photographs of completed work and genuine references are often more valuable than a conventional CV. Engineers, architects and other regulated professionals must hold all qualifications and professional licences required for their field.

03

How collaboration works on a Renovator project

Every project has a clearly defined scope, a responsible coordinator and an agreed sequence of works.

Before work begins, we define the scope, technical requirements, drawings and specifications, required licences or certifications, schedule, communication process, financial terms and site access and safety rules.

Decisions affecting drawings, materials, cost or programme are documented and coordinated with the project manager.

04

What Renovator offers

Depending on the role and form of cooperation, participation in Renovator projects may offer:

  • experience across different property types,
  • collaboration with tradespeople, engineers and designers,
  • participation in organised renovation projects,
  • exposure to contemporary materials and technical applications,
  • practical experience in solving complex construction issues,
  • projects combining design, construction and technology,
  • professional development through real site requirements.

The exact form, duration, remuneration and responsibilities are agreed separately for each position or project.

05

Training opportunities for new tradespeople

Renovator is also interested in young people who want to gain meaningful practical experience in technical work and renovation projects.

Limited previous experience is not, by itself, a reason for exclusion. Responsibility, reliability, willingness to learn, respect for safety rules and professional conduct are essential.

Training or participation opportunities are assessed according to the discipline, current needs and the conditions of available projects.
