Complete apartment renovation in Chalandri
A 90 sq.m. home underwent a complete apartment renovation in Athens, from the technical infrastructure to the final bespoke details.
A home designed for a new beginning.
The apartment was redesigned around the owners’ everyday needs. RENOVATOR managed the survey, technical studies, design and construction planning, trades, procurement and final detailing as one coordinated intervention.
Electrical and plumbing systems were replaced, natural-gas heating and a fireplace were installed, suspended ceilings and lighting were designed throughout, and every room received a coherent material and functional treatment.
“Luxury here is not excess. It is consistency between design, safety and everyday use.”
One team, one programme, one coherent result.
The four-month programme combined technical renewal, architectural design and bespoke construction without fragmenting responsibility between separate suppliers.

Dark surfaces, controlled light and precise detailing.
The compact WC was redesigned as a complete composition. Large-format dark tiles, a backlit textured mirror, a countertop basin, a wall-mounted tap and fluted shower glass create depth without visual clutter.
Warm timber, clean lines and efficient storage.
The kitchen renovation is organised along two working sides. Timber base units, matte tall cabinetry and a light stone-effect worktop bring the cooking, washing and storage zones into one calm, functional composition.
A calm material palette with integrated lighting.
In the main bathroom renovation, large stone-effect tiles, a clear glass shower enclosure and warm linear lighting form a balanced backdrop. The rain shower, illuminated niche, organic mirror and wall-mounted fittings were coordinated as one architectural system.
Full-height storage with warm internal lighting.
A wall-to-wall fitted wardrobe uses the full room height. Behind the clean white doors, shelves, hanging rails and drawers are illuminated for comfortable everyday use.
Bespoke joinery and a wall of warm timber.
A ribbed timber wall brings rhythm and depth to the master bedroom, while the fitted wardrobe combines white exterior panels with warm illuminated interiors.
A single composition concealing multiple functions.
The bespoke living-room wall integrates concealed storage, a natural-gas fireplace, a stone base, heating and media infrastructure into one precise architectural elevation.
Independent heating, discreetly installed.
The wall-mounted natural-gas boiler provides independent heating and domestic hot water while remaining discreetly integrated into the renovated apartment.
Natural gas, designed and protected as a complete system.
The fireplace was not treated as a decorative object. It was integrated into bespoke joinery and connected to a complete natural-gas system serving the apartment’s heating and everyday needs.
The required studies and safety provisions were coordinated with service routes, ceilings, lighting and the final joinery.
